All goods supplied by The UK Adult Shop remain the property of the vendor Smidge UK Ltd until such time they are paid for in full. The UK adult shop is a trading division of Smidge UK Ltd.

Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company Smidge UK Ltd, this is the name that will appear on your statement.

All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor Smidge UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by the use of any product purchased from this website.

Contract Formation

All orders made by you through www.adultshop-online.co.uk Web site are subject to acceptance and availability. We retain the right not to accept your order for any reason.

Postage and packing

Goods purchased using this site will be mailed to the purchaser using the Royal Mail delivery service or for larger items an independent parcel delivery service.

For proof of delivery you will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when delivered to you.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will retain your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges will apply to send the goods back out to you.

Please note the true cost of posting will be incurred.

Prices

All prices are displayed in "pounds sterling" and include VAT at the UK standard rate of 17.5% (at the checkout stage there is the provision to pay in euros).

Returns Policy

Good customer relations are important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available on all items. Please choose carefully before you buy.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of you receiving your order and subject to our terms and conditions we may exchange it for an alternative product or refund the cost of your order (refunds are subject to a £5.00 administration fee). To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

1. The goods must be unused. (We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions)
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
5. Lingerie and clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable (except where there is a manufacturing defect).

Please can we draw your attention to the following:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states in section (13) Exceptions to the right to cancel part (1) subsection (c) for the supply of personalised goods or clearly which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. (d) for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Free offers will be accounted for if the returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. We will deduct the value of the free offer goods from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please include any free items with your returned goods if the order value drops below the free offer level.

Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable.

Defective Products

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. You should then return the goods, with all packaging, to Smidge UK Ltd. and we will provide you a duplicate product.

Delivery Shortfalls

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to The UK Adult Shop within three days of delivery date.

Variation

Due to changes made by manufacturers products supplied by this website (www.steamywindows.co.uk) may vary from displayed images.
